With a Master of Education in Workplace Learning, she brings a deep understanding of how individuals and organizations grow, adapt, and succeed.

Throughout her career, Jade has guided organizations through expansion, restructuring, and innovation, driving efficiency and adaptability from the frontline to the C-suite. Her experience spans diverse environments, allowing her to connect with people at every level and translate strategy into real-world impact.

Known for her energy and people-first mindset, Jade believes that meaningful change happens when we work better together - at work, at home, and in our communities. Her global perspective and passion for connection continue to shape her approach to leadership and transformation.

Agatha Starczyk is an experienced leader, advisor, and coach with a strong background in change management, organizational effectiveness, organizational design, and HR strategy. She partners with organizations and leaders to navigate complex transformations, strengthen team performance, and optimize how work gets done.

With certifications in change management, Agile, and Myers-Briggs and experience spanning multiple industries - Agatha brings a broad, practical perspective to every engagement. Her approach is grounded in both strategy and execution, helping leaders move from insight to meaningful, lasting change.

Agatha is also deeply committed to giving back. She actively participates in community initiatives and professional associations, contributing to the advancement of people, organizations, and the change management profession.
