She is also committed to giving back, actively participating in community initiatives and professional associations to foster positive change. Drawing from her extensive experience, she co-founded InnovateChange Co., a platform designed to equip change leaders with the community, resources, and support needed to drive meaningful transformation. 

 As a globetrotting organization effectiveness consultant, Jade has dedicated her 20-year career to empowering companies and their people to navigate change and unlock their full potential. With a M.Ed in Workplace Learning, she has guided businesses through expansion, restructuring, and innovation, driving efficiency and adaptability from the field to the C-suite. Whether working with frontline staff or royalty, Jade's active spirit and deep love for her vibrant city inspire her belief that we are truly better together at work, home, and in our communities.
